They seem stuck in the past. The doctors are a bit odd in that they look at you like you're crazy when you suggest something. For instance, it was implied that I was silly buying disposable every day contacts were too expensive and most of their patients don't like them. Most of their patients are old that's why. The doc thought he came up with a brilliant way to fix my prescription when the previous doctor I went to figured that out almost imediately. He was nice enough, but didn't help me very much. I was disappointed.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
