Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

The doctor is fine but the office staff is rude and not at all helpful. The man who takes care of ordering the eye glasses has made several mistakes and has forgotten to order items he said he would order. The office left me standing outside locked doors even though they were right in the office. I was there to pick up my glasses, that were two weeks late and must of come during their lunch time. They were less than pleased and very rude.
