This office staff is overworked because of the lack of concern and consideration for patient by the physicians. They need desperately to streamline processes from the frontdoor to exit. Lakhian is unfriendly and afraid to get up close and personal with her patients and leaves all the work to her PAs and appears to be arrogant and aloof. As a result it leaves her looking incompetent because she doesn't listen and results in either no diagnosis or a wrong diagnosis. Warning .. stay away from this one!!!!

I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. I have never been seen by the same nurse due to turn over. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I tried to switch to another doctor and they told me I could not. I am spending more money and my blood sugar has never been higher.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. What I loved about their waiting room was the amazing chairs. They were so comfortable I almost fell asleep in them. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business.
