Several years ago I had an appointment with Dr. Luu. My issue seemed quite straightforward to me but Dr. Luu appeared to have no Idea what I was talking about. I vowed never to return. Recently when I asked my primary care physician for a referral to a dermatologist, I learned that I had been referred to Dr. Luu.. I was in a terrible dilemma but called and made an appointment hoping that things might have changed. The person answering the telephone asked when I would like to come. I suggested a date and was then offered a choice of about six open slots on that day. I thought I could swallow another appointment with Dr. Luu until I mentioned to a friend that I had an appointment with her and the response was "you can't possibly go there. The place is absolutely filthy - particularly the bathroom." It was easy to cancel the appointment. P.S. Why isn't it possible to award zero stars?
