Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

I never even got to see the doctor I had to deal with a PA instead and she was rude and pulled on my hair so hard it caused pain. She talked down about my actual Doctor, and never let me explain why I was even there! This place is a scam and military members should stay away or ask to actually see the Physician

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
