I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

my visit took care of my daughter's issue right away.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
