I felt that Dr Jeffrey Grazen really valued my health and wellness because he followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. He talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. He definitely cares about his patients. I wasn't stiff after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. He always tries to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can usually get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
