They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They are always polite. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
