I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.
