They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly.

I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. I first visited this office on 10/05/11 because i had broken a tooth and lost a filling,after cleaning and x-rays i was told i needed a root canal on the broken tooth,and several of my prior fillings would need attention.I was given an appointment on the 24th of oct. At this appt. two of the three fillings were repaired and the third was not completed due to pain while drilling,a temporary filling was used and another visit was scheduled. The broken tooth that was the reason for my first visit was still NOT fixed. After the visit i stopped in the office to ask some questions and it was closed for lunch. I called later and spoke to a different dentist about some of my concerns. my next appointment was to be 10/31/2011. On the 27th of october i recieved a letter from the doctors office stating that Dr. Manalo was no longer comfortable treating me as a patient,and had cancled my appt. on the 31st. While he did offer to attend any emergency condition for thirty days,Who would take him up on his offer,NOT ME. To clarify no one in the office was angry or argumentative as stated above. However, i was given curt brief answers to my questions. In the short time i had dealt with this Dr.manalo i never felt that he was listening.I was told on my first visit that i had GOOD insurance,and i guess that is what is important to Dr. Manalo. I will be reporting his conduct to my ins. provider and NOT recomending his services. STAY AWAY.

No, they didn't wear any cologne

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

The tooth extraction was excellent. The problem is with Dr. Manalo's office staff. They charged my bill to my ex wife's account even after I told them that I was divorced. I requested that my total bill be charged to my mastercard at the conclusion of my second visit. They not only didn't charge my card but they foaled up everything so badly that my exwifes account was turned over to a collection agency even though she hadn't been to the dentist for many years.

When my ex wife called their office, the girl lied about my informing her that we were divorced and that I tried to pay the bill with my charge card when I was in the office. Secondly, why would my ex wife's name be on the bill when I am the one who got the extractions. I will NEVER go back. The secretary is a liar and my ex wife's credit is now in jeapardy.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
