They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

The dentist wasn't very friendly or welcoming. I probably wouldn't take kids here. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I would definitely hesitate due to the fact that my experience was sub-par.

No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I'm not positive that they wouldn't recommend a dental procedure I didn't need just to make more money. There's been a few times that they've suggested I get something I didn't need. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. Not only did I experience excessive oral pain after my appointment, it took me a long time to recover. If I had known how much pain I was going to be in after my appointment, I wouldn't have gone. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.

Yes, but it didn't bother me much

Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs

No. I still haven't talked to them.

Not at all! They were boring and outdated

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

Not really, they only lasted a couple of weeks
