Not only did they not call me to remind me about my appointment, they forgot that I even had an appointment. When I showed up, they were very confused why I was there. I guess they forgot to write it down. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because their were bullet holes in the front window and door. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. The lady that cleaned my teeth was nice but I had the feeling she was supposed to make me get my teeth straightened. Then the lady at the front desk told me I should get the invis-a-line, I thought she was rude.
