They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
