The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
