I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I love how much attention to detail they show at this clinic. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something which really puts my mind at ease. They were friendly and made me feel at home. I really appreciated their hospitality. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I want everyone to see just how great this acupuncturist is. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome it. I've felt like an annoyance at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. This was the most welcoming acupuncturist I've ever visited. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

I didn't ever wait long. My appointment started on time. I don't think I have ever been put on hold and am impressed with how quickly I can be taken care of. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Their language was always courteous and polite. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Most important, Jim helped me with a number of medical problems, for which I'm grateful. He's an excellent healer.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit. They always made sure that I was comfortable. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long to be seen. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. My experience was pretty enjoyable! The waiting room even had a nice selection of entertaining magazine to calm my nerves. Just as a side note, I was very happy with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to the highway and other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

They truly go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at tons of places, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. This clinic is fully staffed which makes things run smooth. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long to be seen. I loved how calm and soothing the appointment was. Nobody was argumentative or easily angered and that immediately calmed my nerves.

I have always been well cared for in the office and the staff has often gone out of their way to make my visits enjoyable. The addition of acupuncture to services provided is great asset.
