OK...sorry, I do NOT approve of nor take advice from "canned" reviews. I have since moved from this locale, but lived only a few miles away. I was introduced to Dr/Mstr. Chi through a mutual friend. we became friends and a few years later I actually needed his services. I was VERY impressed with his demeanor, bedside manner, and PROFESSIONALISM. !!!( I was an FDNY Paramedic at the time) Dr. Chi allayed my fears (had never done accupuncture) and walked and talked me through it. I had some very positive results although with re-inury and other complications the results were not permanent. however then again, most things are NOT. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Chi to most anyone. I must also add that it has been and stil is a very VERY rare occasion where one takes as much pride in his work as Dr. Chi....his Reputation and Pride ( in a Healthy way!!) are everything to him in his practice! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They told me exactly what I could expect from my treatment, and everything they said was completely accurate. I appreciated that they didn't promise me anything they couldn't fulfill.
