I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

Did this provider have reasonable prices?
Absolutely!
Does this acupuncturist leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Did this provider show attention to detail?
Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

This is a wonderful place. Joe really cares about his patients and does fantastic work. I go here for stress and tension. You really get a thorough treatment; and Joe is also a talented herbalist.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other clinics I have been to. They were absolutely amazing and make other acupuncturists look like beginners. Everything is done right and it's such a pleasant experience. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
