I could tell that they took pride in the appearance of their location. It is not at all clinical, but not like a spa setting either. It is part of a meditation center in a mostly resdential area, so it has a very homey feel. Dr Quang is amazing in the way that he can tell what's going on with you. I wasn't quite honest in my initial questionaire because I wanted him to focus on one particular problem. He was able to tell me what my medical history is after my initial session, using mostly touch. He treats the whole person, not just one issue. He gives recommendations for things that you can do yourself at home, and lifestyle changes you need to make. The acupuncture area is not too private so if you have sensitive issues to discuss, do it on the phone. The appointments are longer than a regular doctor's visit, so make sure your schedule is clear.
