I felt safe upon arriving at this clinic. It was in a nice neighborhood and I had no reason to be worried about my car or anything while I was inside. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I tend to be sensitive to smells, especially bad breath, however this acupuncturist paid attention to details like that. I appreciated all of the attentiveness. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

The table I laid on during my treatment was so comfortable. I loved the table so much I probably could have fallen asleep on it. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was worried that the acupuncturist was going to wear an obnoxious fragrance, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear anything. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They are extremely knowledgeable in all the elements of Chinese herbal medicine. They even incorporated them into my treatment and it really helped alleviate my symptoms. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

I am afraid of needles extremely afraid but kept hearing about acupuncture therapy. It was awesome did not feel the pins just felt stress relieved warm and positive I am doing the right treatment. We have been having trouble getting pregnant and done almost everything this feels so right mind body and soul a very good healthy way to conceive a child. Dr Odell and staff make you feel very comfortable and relaxed my husband mom aunt and girlfriend all want to go for individualized treatment. I want to go everyday. He also took away a three year foot aching problem in one treatment.
