They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. This was the most welcoming acupuncturist I've ever visited. The other Doctors said I needed major surgery, but Matthew Bauer kept me walking for at 15 years without surgery. I have many friends who I have sent to MR. Bauer and they always come back and tell me how pleased they are and how wonderful he is. I can't say enough about Mr. Bauer, he's the greatest and so is his staff.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. This place has some of the best customer service I've seen. They make it a priority to always put the customer first. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
