I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all.
I was told that a pair of glasses that had a broken frame was not repairable and not possible to even get a new frame, I took the glasses to Walmart and they repaired the frame in 15 minutes at a cost of $7.50. I called to discuss this with the doctor 3 times and he never returned my call, Needless to say I asked for my prescription to get new glasses elsewhere and when I received my new glasses but the prescription was incorrect and they admittied to it but acted like it was not a big deal to redo 2 pair of glasses that I purchesed elsewhere, Again he has not called me to discuss this matter either,
