Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
