PLEASE BEWARE OF CULTURA MED-SPA. THEY DO NOT DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMISE. its just a bunch of smoke n mirrors, they charge you an arm and a leg for products and services that do not deliver results. If you already have clear beautiful skin, then he is probably the one for you, but if you have problem skin, and you are desperate for results...find someone else. Dr.Battle himself will NOT be performing any of your procedures, you will probably only see him ONE time throughout your entire treatment process. And dont bother asking for some before and after pics as proof of his "guaranteed results" because there are none!!!!CHECK OUT THE BETTER BUSINESS RATING FOR THIS PLACE, THEY GOT AN F-

i was told i would see the doctor for my appointment but i got a nurse practitioner instead and no explanation why. on website it says, they will perform skin analysis and give you a print out plus detailed explanation of what the results mean. no explanations, i had to ask my own questions. it said on the website that their VISIA system compares your results to those of others of same sex, age, etc. I didn't get any of that info. I asked about promotion i saw on their web page, but the nurse said, no, they were not offering it. she seemed eager to move on to treatments without explaining pricing, who'd perform them, options, etc. i was advised by two plastic surgeons prior to my culturamed visit against this one specific treatment, but at cultura the person just said, sure, we can do it. That was just a wrong answer, and i know i wouldn't do it there based on how careless it sounded. i also waited for half an hour in the reception area and no one apologized for it.
