There's been times where I've gotten a massage, and the whole massage was ruined because they had very calloused hands. I was so glad that I didn't have to worry about that here. They had very smooth hands, which made the whole massage even more enjoyable. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
