They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Love Dr. Martin! Highly Recommended!!!!

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. . They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. Dr Martin has been my Dr. for 15 years. He does a great job and has helped me through 3 bad injuries. He is as good as they get.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
