He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients.

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else.
