It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. My adjustments seemed very rough. I was in a lot of pain.

A little. I kept hoping it would go away.

No. I still haven't talked to them.
Are you going to visit this provider again?
Only if I couldn't find a better substitute

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. The Christian atmosphere just made my experience even more enjoyable!! Its not the boring elevator music......... Dr. Stasio is a wonderful chiropractor

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They played the typical, annoying elevator music. It did not make for a pleasing environment.I go for the massage sa they are incredibly good and cheap .I come out feeling happy.

They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I felt very encouraged after my first appointment. After seeing how qualified and knowledgeable they were, I was hopeful that I would be able to get better under their care. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.
