Dr. Jaques is one of the more knowledgeable sports-related chiropractors I have met. He always has an immediate answer for me when I call with a question or ask while in his office. Dr. Jaques would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. His office is professional and quiet; It was one of the better looking offices I have been to. I was amazed at how wonderfully Dr. Jaques treated each of his staff members and they work as a cohesive team to get you in and out quickly while taking the time to listen and help. They were so appreciative and thankful. Dr. Jaques is now the ONLY chiropractor I will see.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciated the fact that they invested in the most comfortable, luxurious chairs I could imagine. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

Back On Track Chiropractic went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I was totally impressed. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I never had to doubt Back On Track Chiropractic's qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer! Dr. Jacques talked about my MRI, etc. with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. Back On Track Chiropractic definitely cares about their patients. Dr. Jacques knows the body and how to remedy problems, using various treatment options that best suit the situation. You won't find a better chiropractor!
