Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. The treatment method was explained to me before the adjustment was performed. I appreciated the fact that I was prepared for my treatment.
