I went to see Dr. DeFranco at Hueytown Chiropractic Clinic a couple of months ago after I stepped in a hole and hurt my back. I tried pain pills, slept on the floor, ointments and heating pads but nothing helped. Finally it got so bad that I could not straighten up or bend over to put on my pants. His office got me into see Dr DeFranco the day I called and in no time he found the source of my problem. He had me standing straight after just one visit! In a short period of time I was out of pain and in my back yard building a fence. My back has never felt better. If you want your back fixed, go see him.

I went to see Dr. DeFranco at Hueytown Chiropractic Clinic after falling down my basement stairs. I was in so much sharp pain that I thought I had broke my low back. They took me right in without waiting. Dr. DeFranco asked me several questions, examined my back and cleaned up my scratches, took some xrays and even ordered a MRI. I was lucky I had not fractured anything but badly damaged some ligaments and spinal joints. He worked out a rehab program to get me out of pain and back working in the yard in no time. He has a sweet and professional staff and a nice office. What a great experience and would recommend anyone with a low back problem to see him.

I knew I had found the right doctor for my low back and leg tingling after spending just 5 minutes talking with Dr. DeFranco. He spent plenty of time asking me all kinds of questions about when my problem, what I was doing at the time I got injured and what other doctors I have visited. You certainly can tell he has a lot of experience dealing with low back problems. The bottom line is that pills and exercise was not helping. I had been to two other doctors and he was the first one to touch my back. He pushed my back forward and backward until he foud the joint that was causing all the problems. Four months of leg pain was gone after one visit and my low back was better by the end of the month. I even got my wife to she him about her frozen shoulder problem, and he got her shoulder out of pain and able to move pain free in a matter of weeks. Doc knows fix joints! I hope neither one of us has another problem but if I do he is the man with the plan.

I was in a very bad auto accident two years ago. I went to doctor after doctor who gave me drugs and sending me to weeks of physical therapy and continued to getting worse. My neck was killing me 24/7. I thought I was going to have to quit work. Finally my boss said that I need see Dr. DeFranco. He not only got me out of pain, but got me back to playing softball again. His staff went out of their way to make sure I was always seen on time and made payment arrangements for me since I didn't have any insurance. They got my life back!

When I arrived for my appointment Dr DeFranco's staff was friendly and seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other clinics where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed with the time Dr. DeFranco spent with me to learn about my neck and lower back problem. His office, treatment and restrooms were very clean at his office. Their prices were very fair especially when compaired going to a physical therapist. The level of care I received for the price was outstanding. His staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about getting patients over their neck and back problems. They always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

Best Back Doctor Ever! Dr. DeFranco is truly a caring doctor. He treats his patients like they are family right from the very first visit. I have had drug dependency issues and just could not take the risk of being giving drugs again. Dr. DeFranco helped me get out of pain fast so I was able to return to work the next day without even being prescribed a single pill. His office worked with the insurance company which allowed me to get the treatment necessary to get me healed and back on my feet fast. I continue to see Dr. DeFranco as part of my preventive care and by doing so I am able to remain healthy and live a full life.

Well one of the first things that comes to mind is "I should have gone to see this doc sooner." In fact, I could have used the skills of a chiropractor years ago, but I was stubborn. I reasoned that by being young and active, I could conquer this unnatural lower back tension that persisted in the left side of my body. I suspect it was from a series of injuries (like falling out of tree stand) and an ensuing poor compensation in posture. Regardless of the cause, Dr. DeFranco has been able to reduce the inflammation to a point where that uncomfortable lower back spasm is no longer chronic. Even after a month and a half, we're well on our way to fixing my back, shoulder, and neck pain. I think I've finally found a long term solution with someone who genuinely cares for my overall health. Thank you Dr. DeFranco.
