Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

I really like Dr. Sylvia Chatroux -- I've had several family physicians over the decades and she stands out as one of the most caring and thoughtful of the lot. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit. My appointments have never been canceled last minute, her staff takes time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I don't t have to wait very long at all after I arrive for my appointments. They typically run right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I noticed that the building is handicap-accessible -- even the bathrooms are designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls.
