Not very personable doctor. More than happy to be seen by his PA's and NP's but as knowledgeable as he may, or may not be, he never seemed prepared and it was hard to get the time of day from him. Luckily I never had complicated medical issues so I can only attest to Dr. Levin as a person and not as a serious physician.

They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They sent me in for a test and sent me to the wrong dr.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. One thing that really bothers me is bad breath, but I am happy to report that I have no complaints here. Their breath is always very fresh.
