Totally agree with review by Bill. Dr Leffingwell needs a repeat of a class on bedside manners. Did not listen to our concerns, left and said he would be back, but like the first reviewer said, just sent in a nurse to dismiss us. I called his office back and told them of our dissatisfaction to which she replied, " Yes, we hear that often."

I had been having strange symptoms for some time now and thought it would be a good idea to see a specialist for it instead of a general practitioner. first appointment I try to explain all my symptoms and desperation in trying to find the cause for them. The entire time it felt as if I was talking right through him as he never turned to face me or engage in a serious response. I thought I would give him another chance by setting a second follow up appointment after having some procedures done. meanwhile their office had to call me four different times asking various questions about procedure information that had already been discussed and answered many times before. Seemed like they were having very bad communication/organization problems because each time it was a different person asking similar questions.

Finally at my follow up appointment i was checked and diagnosed for my main symptom (of which i already knew of prior to the follow up and was no longer worried about.) my other symptoms of which i had mainly come in for were ignored. I had to readdress the other symptoms but he only gave sample medicine of which had no real relevance to the symptoms! On top of that, on my way out I was never given the sample medicine to try out. I had to explain this to the front desk of which they did not have any knowledge of. So i had to wait until i could to go back in and awkwardly ask the nurses where the medicine was that was recommended to me. This was very strange because each time the doctor would leave he would say something like "I'll be back to explain such and such". Instead it was just his nurse there to escort me out. This left me with no chance to ask him any questions I still had.

First appointment I waited 50 min. second was for about 25 min.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this doctor at all cost.
