I love Dr. Tisocco. He goes out of his way to make me feel special and respected, and is very sympathetic to my situation. I know that I can count on him to work with me until we find a solution for my moderate to severe eczema. Other places I've visited, seemed to give up after they didn't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Dr. Tisocco always take the time to listen to me. I know he really cares about me and what I have to say. The staff, on the other hand, needs to take a few lessons on attentivness and common courtesy from Dr. Tisocco. Every single time I have called them, they were unavailable and I had to leave a voice mail. As a matter of fact, I called them at 11AM today and I'm STILL WAITING for a response from the staff. Dr. Tisocco is great, his staff, not so much.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
