All of my questions were answered during the appointment, but I seemed rushed. I felt the staff was friendly enough. They didn't go above and beyond, but they did their jobs. I was greeted when I walked in.The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Any assistance outside of the appointment was challenging as it relates to catching staff on days that they answer phones. This makes it challenging for recieving or requesting assistance for perscriptions and scheduling the next appointment
