I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They were very kind and professional, and never made me feel like I was a bad parent even if I disagreed with them on some parenting issues. I feel that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.

They do not mess around!! That is something I like about a doctor. They will not take chances. They answer any questions and do not make you feel like you are bothering them. They make me feel very comfortable with procedures they do for my baby and tell me why. Very informative. Will not change doctors unless I absolutely have too.

Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The office was easy enough to find.
