I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure.
