Never, they are very reliable.

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
