I have been a patient at the Diabetes and Endocrine Center for about two years. I met Dr. Constant during my first and second visits when being diagnosed. I was very impressed with his knowledge and in the way that he spoke to me in an intelligent fashion - I dislike condescending or patronizing doctors. He provided a lot of information and did not assume that I would be unable to understand the terms of my condition.

Since my diagnosis, I have always met with a nurse practitioner named Kimberly who works there. She is also great. She and the rest of the staff seem sincerely interested in me as a person and are great listeners.

I have never waited longer than a couple of minutes for an appointment, nor have I waited longer than a couple of hours for a call-back from a nurse or triage desk. They are quick to provide samples of my medication when I am in between Rx and always stress that I should call them anytime with questions. They respect my time. The office seems extremely well-run. An exceptional doctor's office.

I highly recommend this place.

They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
