They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
