All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

No, but they thoroughly explained why every vaccination was important

No. I still haven't talked to them.

No, I never saw one

I'm not sure what happened with the previous reviewer but I have never had an issue taking my children here. I always get someone on the phone when I call. You never wait more than thirty minutes for your appointments. I took my kids out of Douglas Pediatrics for those reasons. I've never had a problem with the staff and the office is very clean. At one point I was taking my sons to two different doctors, when I went to Dr. Kulangara for an appt for my oldest we talked about my youngest's health issues for twenty minutes and he wasn't even his doctor. I immediately transferred him over. He always gives you his undivided attention when he is with you.

I have been coming to westside for 6 months and its extremely hard to schedule an appointment. When you call you can never speak to anyone. The nurses are rude but the Doctor is great. Im thinking about finding a new pediatrician for my two baby girls because the staff and nurses are so rude.
