I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I was very satisfied with my visit until I called back to give my insurance information. The receptionist "KATHY "was very RUDE! and unprofessional. It is sad when you have a doctor vist and it goes so well only to end up with a very rude receptionist repesenting the practice. She acted like she did not want my insurance information so that Dr. Bressler could be paid for my visit and she had no phone manners. I said to myself she must not have come to the full understanding that my visit is helping pay her salary. As far as the Dr. Bressler he was awesome but he needs to hire better help.
