They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.

I love Dr. Swanson, but the other staff, especially one of the P.A.'s is very rude. I felt verbally abused when I left the office. Worst experienced I have ever had on that visit. Other visits with Swanson have been wonderful.

He and his nurse were courteous but the rest of the office staff was on the borderline of being rude. They assume that you are a drug addict right off the bat and treat you as such. He is a "close talker" and talks nonstop. He really doesn't let you get a word in at all. He assumes you want drugs even when you don't. He doesn't explain what he is prescribing or why he is prescribing it. There are several BMI charts throughout the office so if you are overweight - watch out - all the problems and pain you are having well be because you are overweight.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I would recommend them to people I know if I couldn't think of anyone better to suggest. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me.
