They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. I love the social worker Rose they have and I love Dr. Rosen and I trusted Barb and loved her just as much untill she was heard putting my name in a sentence voicing her opion of why I didnt have to use the restroomt o give a urine test, they seem to think that patient that walks in their doors are drug addicts and their pill seeking. I am a patient who takes care of my grandmother my mother which are both currently in hospice and slowly dying, seven children a husband and I work a full time 40+ hours a week and I have some really bad pain in my back and my knee. I went to them because I had heard some good recomendations about this clinic well its been nothing but problems sense I have been coming to the clinic. The ooffice workers and specially the secratarys are very rude and have no respect for anybody who walks in that office. If I had any control with that office almost every one would have been fired, I think their to young and they think that their better then us who walk in there because we are in need of some help.

DO NOT GO HERE! DR ROSEN is a joke, he is disrespectful and totally unprofessional. There were 5 doctors in the room at the time of my appointment which was scheduled for 4:15pm and I wasn't finished until 7pm. The wait is atleast 2-3 hours every time from what I hear. The building is old and poorly put together. This is the trash of doctors offices.

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. No paper towels, toilet paper, or even a toilet seat cover! I had nothing to clean up with. One thing that's been so annoying about Norman Rosen, MD, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment.

AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs! This outfit is not reputable but out solely to make money. It is even a joke among the staff about how Dr. Rosen would charge for dog-walking services if he thought he could make money with it! I saw them for 18 months and my doctor absolutely got MAD when I wanted to do an alternate treatment to his suggested PT! First, they treat everyone like a potential drug addict regardless of past proven history and reams of info from my previous doctors. I am an established chronic pain patient of more than 20 years and they were asking me to come in on a weekly basis to get my prescriptions. My company insurance co-pay for meds is one price for a month or a week's worth so having to go for a week at a time involves paying 4x for what should have been once. They also demand everyone see a social work counselor on staff (another co-pay to them!) regularly regardless of whether you deem it necessary. Their "magic" trick is to register your ROM - range of motion (minimal), then give you a TEMPORARY trigger point injection which numbs it. They then do the ROM and say TA DA - look how much better it is! Of course it goes right back to the way it was 8 hours later. Rosen himself is one who does not listen to what you say and is quick to lift his shirt or lower his pant waist to show you HIS surgical scars and how HE overcame it but he talks right over what is wrong with you and disagrees with whatever diagnoses you may have had in the past. Everyone is different and they do not readily accept that. The only thing they see differently is your individual wallet contents. Having been to many other pain mgmt outfits over the years since my job involves moving alot, I have to say that they are the absolute WORST I have dealt with. Due to a misdiagnosis from them and wrong treatment for almost a year, I demanded a 2nd MRI and finally went to see an established Ortho doctor and was told of R/H error. I am thankful for the new guys for sure! This office is NOT a full-service pain mgmt clinic by any means as they only do trigger point injections and have no physicians with anesthesiology expertise to do the other needed injections such as epidurals, facet, etc. THEN they get aggravated when you go somewhere else! The Towson office is very run down and most examining rooms do not even have air conditioning! Find another PROFESSIONAL clinic who can handle ALL your chronic pain and ones who will actually LISTEN and these guys are not it!
