I called to schedule an appointment as I have a growth on my face that has turned black. I was told that they were not taking any new patients. I asked them for advice on what I should do next. They said they were sorry, but that they could not help me.
I am a stage 3 cancer survivor (colon)

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
