Competent, pleasant staff. Clean accommodating facility. No pressure to buy any extras. My only complaint is the horrendous wait to get an appointment. Even as a patient that's been with the practice for many years, there is a 3 to 4 month wait to get in - and that's with the PA, not the doctor! I called this morning to get an appointment for my husband for a sudden & very serious skin condition and despite the fact that Dr. Lenahan has treated him in the past, I was told they couldn't see him for at least 5 months. When I pressed the issue, they said they'd get back to me. I'm seriously considering finding a practice where the patient's needs come first.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all. Their prices were very fair to the higher side for specility services. The level of care you get for the price is great. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The problem is how long you have to wait to get an appt! If you haven't been there in more than 1 year, you will wait 6 months for an appt because you are considered a new patient! I don't have the time or the money to go every 6 months when there's nothing wrong.

Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I really appreciated the fact that the staff was so welcoming. They were friendly and made me feel at home. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
