I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. It pleased me that the doctor was friendly. Some providers are downright rude but this one is very sociable and welcoming.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
