They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. They used a triage program to make my appointment the right length of time and to ascertain if I needed to go the ER or be seen in the office. The doctors had a much more sophisticated computer program they could access to help in my difficult diagnosis and treatment. I felt secure knowing they were using the most up-to-date knowledge to treat me and not just what they could remember. The chairs in their waiting room had straight backs, so they weren't the best for me but they served their purpose and I didn't have to sit in them long, so I couldn't complain!

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
