They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. After Dr. Hall recommeneded surgery to correct my foot issue, I had it done (by her). In the 4 years since not only has the bunion NOT been corrected, I have weekly cramps in my arch, my toes are weird (not straight), continued pain and I now have to wear an even wider shoe on that foot to have comfort! All of these reasons are why I had her do the surgery in the first place! I would never visit them again, and am considering suing for malpractice. I was very disappointed.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
