They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. I have an insurance co-pay for visits but apparently none of their lab work is covered by my insurance because of whatever company they use for that, it was pretty disappointing to receive over $400 bill for in office tests, would have been nice knowing that up front and I could have chosen a different provider or refused to have the tests done.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
